Mon: Airport Loop (Fano’s fav!!)

Tues: Tour de Wellington

Weds: 75′ from the pool led by DC around to Otari Wilton

Thurs: Tip Track

Fri: The Matt Harris Classic

Sat: 8x3mins loop starting up on Mt. Vic/tempo at K-Park or Trentham Memorial (the best)

Sun: Makara
