Hey Jesse it would be great if someone had a direct line upstairs because the great Jack Foster would have a few thoughts on this.

I’ve been on the bike tons this year due to getting injured and certainly you need at least a bit of running to maintain the biomechanics of runnning. Tend to feel very clunky and not efficient once you get back into it, but with a mix of the 2 life is pretty good, doesn’t seem to hurt Al Brownlee at all!
