Hey Wellington residents, don’t forget to get your applications in to win a free trip to Japan to run the Senshu Marathon. Entries are due this Friday:

I’m happy to talk to anyone who is interested about what the trip is like and what is involved.

Hoping to do Long Gully while I’m in town. Is it still accessible?

I doubt the hill has gotten shorter or flatter since I last ran it.

    Here’s mine.

    Mon: Airport Loop (Fano’s fav!!)

    Tues: Tour de Wellington

Weds: 75′ from the pool led by DC around to Otari Wilton

    Thurs: Tip Track

    Fri: The Matt Harris Classic

Sat: 8x3mins loop starting up on Mt. Vic/tempo at K-Park or Trentham Memorial (the best)

    Sun: Makara

    Noteable mentions:
