The ChampionsEverywhere team caught up with up and coming junior athlete Cameron Graves from New Zealand. After participating in the inagural Lydiard training seminar in Boulder Colorado we brought him to the famous Flatirons which are the dramatic backdrop for the city of Boulder. Here we talk about his running influences, Lydiard training, life as a runner and his up coming attempt at breaking the Mens Under 19 3,000m New Zealand record this December 2011.
